Пиво Future Birds - Town Brewery

We used Future Birds as an opportunity to celebrate our two favourite hops and to showcase the brand new 2021 crops we just received. We went with Citra on the brew day but broke it down into multiple kettle additions, and then an absolute slapdash of Idaho 7 in the dry-hop. As expected, the combo produced their trademark flavours and aromas of tangerine, lime and grapefruit but there's also this distinct kind of freshness and snap to it. It's great, and we hope you like it too!
