The idea with Heavy Feather was to give you something that was light-ish in alcohol (6%), but still huge and fluffy and satisfying. We wanted to showcase the best hops possible and went with the stickiest of the icky - Citra, Nelson, Galaxy and Mosaic. We think the best part of this beer is how each ingredient was used, and the resulting flavours and aromas that jump out of the glass. You've got the typical cornucopia of tropical fruit and sweet citrus from the all-world hop blend, but what really sets this beer apart is the subtle peach and guava notes that come from the restrained but present use of Galaxy. We're in love, we're in love, and we don't care who knows it!
