Пиво Jazz Cabbage - Town Brewery

Brewing beer with friends is a wonderful thing. We first connected with the fine people of EBC a few years back when we bought a tank off them. We hit it off, had a mutual admiration for each others beers and have been periodically hanging/chatting/scheming since then. A Cold IPA can be described in many ways by many people, but in short it's an IPA fermented cool with lager yeast and a super light grain bill. The idea is to create a light and crisp base lager beer and dry hop the shit out of it to make those hops shine. And did we ever accomplish that goal. We hit it with loads of our two dankest hops - Idaho 7 and Strata - and it's beautiful. Exactly as advertised, it's dank, hoppy and crisp!
