IPA w/ Mosaic, Belma, Strata and Nelson Sauvin The concept for this IPA was to try to create the most berry forward flavour and aroma profile we could. We've gotten strawberry/raspberry off of Mosaic, Belma and Strata before, but Nelson is a different story. Most of the times we've used it, it's imparted more citrus and white wine. Not this time - the combo pulled that elusive crushed gooseberry vibes Nelson is known for while accentuating the the berry farm the others bring to the table. Sweet citrus and pineapple act as a base, but this thing tastes like you blended up a gooseberry and raspberry mimosa!
