With a nod to tradition, we've used a blend of extra pale and Golden Promise malt as the foundation with wheat and light Munich for a subtle golden syrup sweetness to the malt base of the beer. Add to this base lashings of Citra, Simcoe and Idaho-7 and you've got yourself a beautifully easy drinking extra pale ale dry-hopped with punchy, bold fruit-forward hops accompanied by a lingering pleasant bitterness. Refreshing and incredibly moreish with just the right level of cask-style carbonation to have you reminiscing of long summer nights in the beer garden. We can't make that a reality but we can deliver you it in conceptual beer form. Enjoy!
