Amedee is our Belgian Dark Strong Ale. Brewed in the summer and bottle-conditioned for several months to peak maturity, this traditional celebratory beer is sure to warm you up this winter. Pouring a nearly black, dark-brown color in the glass, Amedee carries notes of rich caramel, varied dark fruits, brown sugar, holiday spice, and Belgian Candi Syrup atop a creamy malt base. With warming alcohol on the finish, Amedee is the ideal beer to share and let warm in front of a blazing fire in winter. It will evolve gracefully for five years or more.
