Homemade is an imperial milk stout made with chocolate fudge, walnuts, and a hint of maple syrup. It pours a silky black in the glass with a dense, marshmallow-like head. We taste and smell milk chocolate, chocolate covered walnuts, and maple walnut truffles. To add an interesting twist we added Banana to the keg. It creates an additional layer of complexity that likens to a banana fosters with the underlying notes of caramel and toffee.
