Memphis Flash is an arduously crafted barrel-blended stout made with bananas, peanut butter, and a gentle dose of vanilla beans. It contains a thread of barrel-aged beer that was masterfully blended and then conditioned atop heaps of dried bananas. This portion of the beer was then blended with fresh stout that was conditioned upon peanut butter and vanilla beans and then blended with the barrel-aged banana portion of the beer. This combination results in a beverage that is greater than the sum of its parts, with notes of creamy chocolate peanut butter, overripe banana, vanilla cookies, and sweet coffee with a permeating and delicious vanilla bourbon character throughout.
