Moher Mocha is a blended barrel-aged stout using select bourbon barrels aged between sixteen and twenty-two months, plus a small amount of fresh stout. It is then conditioned upon roasted cacao nibs, coffee, & constituents that approximate the flavor of Irish Whiskey before packaging. A wildly complex beer almost two years in the making, it tastes like rich milk chocolate, creamy coffee, and chocolate-covered bourbon candies in your glass.
