For this particular keg of TWSS we added pureed bananas to create a bananas fosters dessert in a glass. It really has a delicious depth of flavors, subtle caramel and bourbon notes are balanced by the chocolate notes that are the backbone of the base beer. It’s a really lovely drink on these early cool fall days.
