The Danish letter ”Ø” means island. 8 people were involved in brewing this beer on our fine island. 3 suitcases full of fresh hops from hops2brew.de arrived along with Bryan and Max, better known as Yankee & Kraut. The use of Callista and Ariana hops gives an ultra smooth, juicy taste. The double dry hopping gives a great aroma. The 8,2% alc. is is dangerously undetectable, but it´s in there somewhere.
