We wanted a soulbeer and we got one - rich malts (Best Ale, Light Munich, Torrefied Barley), some Polaris hops, molasses & candi sugar and lots of dried plums for that special extra. To be enjoyed at 13-15 Celsius, from a red wine glass (we really hope you have one, we really hope you're this kind of a person)
