Пиво Big Lightning - Villages

BIG LIGHTNING is a Belgian IPA brewed in collaboration with hop masters Yakima Chief Hops from the Pacific Northwest. For this beer we use a pale, oaty grist to allow the hops to shine, and ferment it with Bastogne yeast (which we used for our much-loved Belgian Pale Ale, LIL’ LIGHTNING). For BIG LIGHTNING the green-fingered hop wizards brought along their wares to add Ahtanum® and Centennial in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Idaho 7® and more Centennial. Lush! BIG LIGHTNING strikes nice.
