FRUIT FLUTE is a fruited sour with lemon purée, lime juice, mandarin purée, and orange comminute. Inspired by a certain fruit drink that sounds like “jive revive” – but we can’t name for legal reasons – this beer plays a tune to the zestier side of things. We use our standard kettle souring process and sour the wort with bacteria, before fermenting the beer out with kviek yeast, followed by a medley of citrus fruit additions. Woo! You can’t mute a FRUIT FLUTE!
