NIGHT OWL is a strong stout brewed with our friends from Solvay Society. Solvay Society are known for their modern Belgian beers, and this hefty stout follows suit. It begins with a simple grain bill for a deep, roasty flavour before the Belgian yeast strain Rochefort imparts complex fruity aromas. After fermentation we rest the beer on cherry wood and ex-bourbon barrel chips for notes of vanilla, wood, and some tannin. NIGHT OWL’s no early bird.
