SIMILAR SKIES is a hazy pale ale brewed with our new friends from the south coast, Unity. For this pale we adopted Unity’s water profile alongside some spelt in the grist, followed by the lovely hops Cashmere and Cryo Pop. Delish! Different scenes, SIMILAR SKIES.
