SMALL WORLDS hop-forward IPA. Brewed alongside Sam Dickinson from BOXCAR Brewery – we’ve been fans of Sam’s beers for a long while, so it’s great to have him over to our side of the river and cook up some IPA together. For this one we use an experimental hop blend of “Cryo Pop” in the whirlpool alongside Idaho 7, Azacca, Mosaic Cryo, and Equanot. Tried out an enzyme called aromazyme for the first time too – to release terpenes from the hop molecules to give even more juice. Delish. Big IPA, SMALL WORLDS.
