Пиво Turtle - Villages

TURTLE is a west coast pale. We’ve given this westie a decent malt profile from the caramel biscuit grist and balanced it with some pine, resin, and bitterness from Centennial hops. Idaho 7 and a little bit of Citra give it the higher citrus notes. This one’s a nod to our dad, who looks, moves, and is in fact a real-life turtle. Brewed alongside our Black IPA WITCH, which is a nod to mum. Thanks for all the support, missing you both very much! Keep it slow, keep it steady.
