We had the distinct privilege of collaborating with Grimm Brothers Brewhouse and The Rio Grande for this special beer to help raise money for the Movember Foundation and to raise awareness for men’s health. 4 O’Clock Shadow is a Session IPA brewed with both German and American hops, including Hallertauer, Saaz, Amarillo, Lemondrop and El Dorado. The result yields a complex hop profile, with notes of lemon, tropical fruit, melon and stone fruit.
