MD, short for Medianoche Derivation, began with a grist bill made up of Medianoche and Derivation alike. The extended boil techniques used for Medianoche were used to create a full-bodied Imperial stout, before being rested in 15-year-old Old Fitzgerald bottled in bond bourbon barrels. After 26 months in barrels, we aged MD on a blend of vanilla, maple syrup, and cinnamon sticks.
