Crafted to celebrate our 5th Anniversary, Medianoche: Brewers Select started as a blend of Medianoche batches aged for 20-23 months in freshly emptied 9-12 year-old bourbon barrels, selected for their rich notes of caramel candies, baker's chocolate, vanilla, sweet tobacco, and fudge brownies. After nearly two years in barrels, the blend was conditioned on freshly roasted Ghanan cacao nibs and husks from Nuance Chocolate in Fort Collins and finished with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
