Belgian Dark Strong Ale brewed with Belgian Candi Sugar. In the late 1700's, a small group of Trappist monks established themselves at a small farm named ‘Nooit Rust' which translates to ‘Never Rest' in Dutch. The name of the farm was telling of how hard these monks worked, eventually producing their now world-renown ales. You may know this farm today as the Westmalle Abbey. This beer is an homage to the hard working monks of the Westmalle Abbey, as well as our incredibly hardworking production staff who will Never Rust, because the work of perfecting our craft will never be finished.
