Пиво Stompin' Rippin' & Rompin' - WeldWerks Brewing Co., Interboro Spirits & Ales

We took our time going back and forth on recipe development for this brew with our good buddy Jesse, founder and brewmaster at Interboro NYC out of Brooklyn. As mutual lover's of classic West Coast IPA's, we wanted to add a little dank to the juice, and so this New England-style IPA uses Mosaic, Citra, Chinook and Cascade hops to provide the best of both worlds. The final product is crisp but still luscious with pine, lemon peel/zest, tangerine and peach rings leading the way.
