Collaboration with Boulevard Brewing Company. Kansas City-style Saison Ale dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & El Dorado hops. You've heard of Tank 7, right? We decided to take this world-class farmhouse style ale and combine it with the dry-hopping schedule and rate of Juicy Bits. The end result is something unique to each brewery and yet perfectly paired and complimented in collaboration. Why Tank 11? Well... Tank 7 was born in Fermenter #7 at Boulevard, and we fermented this beer in WeldWerk's FV4... hence... TANK 11 was born
