Пиво Stormborn - YellowBelly Beer (Ireland)

Declan has been badgering us for the last two years to let him revive 'Bramling Cross', the long forgotten English grown hop variety, and boy were we right to relent. Stormborn is the latest release from YellowBelly Beer and combines the aforementioned hop with Huell Melon, a German grown variety. It is the greatest coming together of the two countries since that soccer match in the trenches on Christmas Day. And we all know how that ended. It ended terribly actually so probably not the best reference. These hops were let loose on a malt bill of Loughrans Pale, Oats, and Cara Gold. This light base allowed the fruity hop derived flavours of pineapple, blackberry and blueberry to fight it out.
