We took a Kolsch and raise its hop level up to another level. Oh and we also change the hops to New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin and Motueka with a dash of Citra. We also dry hop it with them. This yield a crispy kolsch malt base with gooseberries/limes and grapefruit flavor and aromas. This beer breaks the mold on a traditional german beer made in Cologne and took it to another level. Caribbean style Kolsch or Juicy Kolsch could be another way to describe it. Its a super sessionable beer crushable for summer or any other time of the year. Hope you enjoy it.
