Non-traditional Berliner weisse packing flavor. Where a Berliner is supposed to be very light in color this one is very dark red. Where a Berliner is supposed to be hazy this one is clean. Where a Berliner is supposed to be light on hops, this one is dried hopped with Cascade hops giving it a juicy citrus flavor. Where is supposed to be almost half wheat grain bill this one is about 1/4 Rye. So you end up with a Roller Coaster starting with a citrus/spicy aroma, followed by a dry yet sweet tart/bready taste, followed by the spicy rye coming up in your tongue. Really Flavourfull.
