ZURCKENSTEIN has RISEN! A smoked darke lager with maple bacon flavor. Maltz were smoked at La Manada Rib V8. A BBQ Joint in Guayama, Puerto Rico. Maple notes comes from real organic maple used during fermentation. This kicked it up to 7.5% ABV. The Bacon Saltines are smooth and comes Almost at the end of the taste. Mouthfeel is creamy mixed with the dry character of a smoke lager infused with the sweet maple and saltiness notes goes down smooth in your palate. I hope you enjoy this beer style. Juan
