Bochet BAST aged on a ton of Toasted Coconut flakes and cocoa nibs. Due to the amount of coconut oil, the stability and life span is unknown. Bochet BAST = A blend of Florida honeys caramelized at different temperatures to bring out different flavors, then bourbon barrel aged for 10 months to add additional layers of complimentary flavors. This complex dessert mead is packed with flavors of Toasted Marshmallows, Rich Caramel, Sweet Toffee, Crème Brûlée, and Dark Honeys, layered with notes of Vanilla, Maple, and Toasted Coconut.
