Мёд Endless Peach - Zymarium

This water-less dessert mead was made using only fruit and honey for maximum flavors! We combined Georgia Blaze Prince Peaches at the peak of ripeness with the multiple award winning Montana Hairy Vetch Honey, which has notes of vanilla and cinnamon! To further amplify the honey and "add some creaminess", the mead was then aged on Tahitian Vanilla Beans.
