Traditional meads use honey as the only ingredient, and they usually use only one type of honey to showcase it's unique flavors. I decided to create an "un-Traditional" sweet mead, blending the two most sought after and expensive honeys, Tupelo and Meadowfoam, This mead tastes like neither honey, but instead they elevated each other into something magical. This is a honey lovers mead, a sweet sipper to get lost in. The Tupelo used was lab tested at over 91% pure!
