Incredible and unique honey from Lake Pickle Springs (LPS), in the Ozarks of Missouri with a wonderful fruity flavor. LPS is a National Natural Landmark which is home to hundreds of glacial relicts! Glacial relicts are plants that have survived the ice age in an isolated territory owing to a particularly favorable combination of microclimatic and soil conditions. The Ozarks 157 is a "single farm" honey from the same area, this honey has the same flavors of Ozarks LPS, except they are amplified and slightly darker in color.
