Wilmington's Original Brewery! We mean original in both senses: when we opened in 1995, we were the first brewery in town, and to this day we strive to innovate and originate delicious new beers and pair them with our made-from-scratch food! We never tire of exploring the flavorful world of beer, from the classic ale and lager styles of the UK, Germany, and Belgium that first inspired American craft brewing, to brand new original creations exploring uncharted flavor combinations. We brew around 30 different styles of beer in full-scale batches every year, as well as smaller barrel-aged batches of bourbon beer and sour beer. With that much variety, we can promise there's a beer for every palate here!
