Hopskeller Brewing Company is a 10-bbl brewpub in the heart of historic downtown Waterloo, Illinois. We specialize in American, English, and historic ales; in addition, we have a full bar and a small kitchen that focuses on wood-fired pizzas, brats, hot dogs, and small plate breads. Winner of the 2018 Saint Louis Post-Dispatch GO!
