Negev brewery is a microbrewery which was established in 2008, in the southern part of Israel in the city of Kiryat Gat. Negev brewery is one of the first microbreweries in Israel to brew craft beer. Here at Negev brewery every detail of the brewing process receives full and personal attention. We use top quality ingredients such as malt and hops that are hand-picked. The brewing process such as bottling and lagering are closely monitored. Negev brewery has 7 different types of beer that are distributed to bars and liquor stores all over Israel.
