Thistly Cross was established on Belhaven Fruit Farm in 2008, with its first cider batch available in the Spring of 2009. Since then, Thistly Cross has developed a unique portfolio of award winning traditional and real fruit ciders. Thistly Cross is at the forefront of the Craft Cider movement, and is continually enhancing its core range of ciders with special editions and collaborations.
