Istrian wild ales is our series of creative brewing with limited beers like barrel aged, wild fermented, mixed fermented, open fermented, coolship or spontaneous fermentation with the name KAREGA. The meaning of Karega is "Chair" in our dialect, that symbolizes waiting and resting as nothing good comes fast. This Sour saison is fermentd and aged in wine barrels with lots of forest fruits and bio lemons. The beer is sour with citrus notes and a touch of tartness from the lemon pill. A mix of forest fruits gives this beer it's amazing color and a refreshing aftertaste.
