The persistence of memory; a year ago, we sampled an up and coming experimental hop in Nuremberg during the BrauBeviale trade show on a research trip to Europe. The hop was HBC692 / also known as Talus. Back then, we knew that we needed to make an IPA with this hop which exhibited very unique flavours. Up front, you will be greeted with an intoxicating incense-like flavour, followed by dried muscatel, earthy dankness and subtle spice notes. Hop bitterness is firm to round things off leaving you with a long finish. Well, we bided our time to make this beer so its your turn to enjoy it now!
