Пиво West Coast Recipe 1 (Δυτική Ακτή Συνταγή 1) - Anastasiou Brewery

A West Coast IPA with Citra,Centenial,Simcoe and Magnum hops. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a large white head. Aroma is super fragrant, with piney hops, moderate dankness, some citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is very clean, with subdued piney hops, biscuity malt and a light earthiness. Not the most characteristic of west coast style IPAs, but it’s clean and well-balanced. Solid.
