Apex Brewing Co. collaboration w/ Örebro Brygghus This hazy, hop-laden IPA was brewed with, and overseen by the watchful eyes of the sourbeer samurais of Örebro Brygghus. It was whirlpooled and dry hopped with copious amounts of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops and then fermented with a british yeast strain. For a more focused citrusy experience we added some juice from sicilian blood oranges. All in all yielding a really trüe jues with notes of citrus, white wine and with an almost pithy, orange finish. Malts: Pilsner, Maris Otter Extra Pale, Dextrin & Torrefied Oats Hops: Magnum, Citra & Nelson Sauvin Yeast: Safale S-04 Other: Sanguinello blood orange juice
