Пиво All Mosaic - Badlands Brewing Company

This beer is built upon our typical IPA malt profile and was fermented hot hot hot with a strain of Kveik that produces tropical flavors and enjoys balmy, tropical-like fermentation temperatures. We then dry hopped it solely, and generously with Mosaic. The ripe mango, apricot and light pineapple esters created by the yeast are propped up by the citric, stone fruit and berry forward Mosaic, leading to a fruit forward beer where it’s hard to be certain where any one ingredient begins and ends. The only thing we can be certain of with this one is that we enjoy every aspect of drinking it.
