A lager brewed with a significant percentage of two different types of oats and fermented with a German bock lager strain. Typically we like our lagers a little softer, but we thought it would be a hilariously ironic time to make this our crispiest lager yet, despite the high oat content. We taste notes of toasty bread, nutty porridge, and honey combs with some light, residual citric/floral character and gentle bitterness that peers it's way through.
