This year we selected for the varietal Mosaic. This year our selection of Mosaic went super quickly. The quality of what was on the table was exceptional top to bottom. We always search for blueberry notes when selecting for Mosaic, hoping it makes it’s way into the finished product and this was the most fruity blueb-ey one we could select for! We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Mosaic with you.
