English ale + Brett + Barrel This brew was made for the 20th anniversary of Sir William's pub in Ljubljana. Take on an old-school English ale, of course infected with Brettanomyces yeast and aged in wooden barrels. Trivia: Brettanomyces comes from the Greek word for "British fungus" - it was discovered by N. Hjelte Claussen in 1904 as the cause of spoilage in English ales. EXP - small series of our experiments, usually very limited and available only for a short time.
