One Ping Only, our Baltic porter aged in bourbon barrels for 3 months. Aromas of chocolate, raisins, caramel and vanilla lead into a rich malty sweetness on the palate. Notes of stone fruit, licorice, pleasing alcohol warmth and lots of complexity. Finishes dry with a slight coffee character.
