Black Rye Ale. We're helping you go outside of your beer box this week with "Pistol Made of Bones," a black rye ale. Getting its color from dark malts, Midnight Wheat, and heaps of rye, this dark beer is surprisingly medium-bodied so it won't stick to your bones. There's a soft hop character (slight sweet citrus) from the El Dorado hops and an quality reminiscent of marble rye bread.
