This Thursty Thursday we’re dreaming of summer with our Shine A Light watermelon lime sour. Jack wanted to “shine a light” on these cold and dreary days of winter. This time around, we used a self-souring yeast from @berkeley_yeast instead of the traditional kettle-souring process that we normally use for our sour ales. You’ll get lime zest on the nose, a little bit of tartness, and some fresh watermelon flavor! (Disclaimer, it is watermelon purée, not fresh watermelon, because it is in fact… winter.)
