Subito sono trasportati con una corsa folle in birrificio a Borgorose dove tutto è accuratamente preparato per far partire immediatamente la cotta della Morning Rush. Devono passare meno di 24 ore dal raccolto all'utilizzo o la corsa sarà vana. Il luppolo fresco infatti coinvolge subito con un'esplosione di profumi erbacei e fruttati che stupiscono per profondità finezza e definizione. Il tutto arricchito dalla vitalità e dall'intensità che solo la clorofilla ancora presente nel fiore è in grado di apportare alla birra. ENG: A load of Fresh Hops It’s the dawn of a September day. The flowers of Cascade hop are harvested in the countryside of Modena.
