Collaborations: Steep Soda Co. An Orange Shandy Radler For All Day Suppin' Welcome to a recreation from 2018, originally a small batch shandy made by Liam at Steep Soda. We've upped everything from those early days for a full batch o' keg! The Beer: to recreate this summertime dream we've re-brewed Mosaic Light a 3.6% single hop old school Blackjack banger that was first brewed in 2015. Mosaic hops are giving us a subtle berry and a ‘mosaic’ of fruity notes. Super clean body on a super pale beer (you can buy this un-shandyfied in cask below). The Soda: Liam & Laura have been pioneering the small-batch soda world in Manchester since 2016. Their sodas come from whole fruits. This one is 300kg of 0ranges and 150kg of lemons.
