Hazy Chicago Style DIPA brewed with lactose and built on a base of Pilsner, Malted Oats, Acidulated Malt, Flaked Oats, and Malted Wheat for a full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Aromas of blueberry and dank pine lead to a hop-forward flavor of tropical fruit, funk, and pine on the palate. Featuring Amarillo, Mosaic, and Nelson hops. Named in celebration of the Chicago Assyrian Dictionary, a 90-year project completed by Martha Roth at the University of Chicago in 2011, which systematically recorded, codified, and made accessible the Akkadian language that forms the heart of the textual record of civilization in the place of its birth: Mesopotamia.
